Begin with phone conversation to introduce & assess project plans, goals and needs.
Schedule an initial in-home meeting for information gathering & sharing.
Get to work on the initial designs.
Schedule presentation meeting to go over design and begin to hone in on the selections process, “path” of construction, and discuss any revisions to the proposed design.
Consult with contractor for labor pricing, timing of project and specific construction details, and selections process.

We worked with Jeannie to design a difficult Kitchen. We were removing walls and overhauling a very old kitchen in a 1930s Tudor. Our kitchen has many windows making the traditional kitchen triangle impossible. Complete Kitchen Remodel
I am writing to share my outstanding experience with Jeannie Monroe for our recent kitchen remodeling project. As the owner of a 100-year-old home, we desperately needed to update and modernize the space but felt strongly about maintaining the architectural integrity of our beloved home. As our designer, Jeannie, produced a wonderful plan that is so beautiful and fitting. It exceeded our expectations. Challenges Jeannie faced as a designer included opening the area (breakfast nook, kitchen, and back hall); incorporating a parlor bathroom; working around radiators, solid plaster walls, and even maintaining our “old-fashioned” clothes chute. Her design did it all. This was my first BIG remodel, and I did not know how/where to begin.
